How to make a reservation
Renting electric bikes from us couldn't be easier! You can contact us by phone, e-mail or by booking above via our partner application LOKKI.
Once your rental has been booked, you can collect your bikes from our boutique on Deauville's Presqu'Île.
Our rental rates
Accessories (phone holder, helmet, child seat, basket) are free of charge. A deposit is required for rental. It represents a commitment on your part, and prevents any damage. The deposit can only be paid by credit card (rates valid from 01/01/2025 to 31/12/2025).

Useful information
- Our Starway electric bikes have a range of around 60 to 80 km.
- The maximum speed allowed on an electric bike is 25km/h, according to European law.
- The minimum height for rental is 1m50.
- The minimum rental age is 18.
- We accept payment by vacation vouchers.

Frequently asked questions
Do you also make mechanical bikes?
Unfortunately not! We only offer electrically-assisted bikes for hire or purchase.
Do I have to define the duration of my rental in advance?
It's a good idea to know how long you'll be renting the cycles for, so that we can provide you with the equipment you'll need for long-term use (battery, chain, etc.). However, if you have no idea how long you'll be renting, that's no problem at all!
Is a helmet compulsory?
Helmets are compulsory for children under 12, whether drivers or passengers, and are recommended for teenagers and adults.
What is included in the rental price?
Electric bike rental rates include the following services: Lock - Helmet - Battery charger (if required)
And on request: Shopping cart & Phone support (to guide you)

Do I have to pay for accessories?
No! The addition of a basket, child seat, telephone holder or the loan of a helmet are offered with the rental.
