How to find our store
To get here on foot: walk along the pedestrian walkway along the port of Deauville and its basin, past the Tourist Office, the Mamma Mia restaurant and La Crêperie de Deauville, and walk towards the two belvederes. You'll find us on your right!
By train: We're just a stone's throw from the Deauville-Trouville station. Just cross the road towards the port. Then follow our directions on foot.
To get here by car: There are several paying parking lots: the one on the Deauville peninsula behind the Tourist Office, the one at the train station, and the underground parking lot at the Marché Couvert on rue Breney, with 1 hour's free parking. Free parking is also available on rue du Général Leclerc, rue Castor, Boulevard Mauger, Boulevard des Sports behind POM'S, and on Quai Louis Breguet near the Bassin des Yachts in Deauville. A free shuttle bus from the free Hennequeville parking lot to the Pont des Belges in Trouville, not far from the boutique.

How long does it take to get my bike?
If your bike is not in stock, we will order it from our supplier. Delivery is very fast, taking an average of one week before we can collect it from the store.
Do I have to define the duration of my rental in advance?
It's a good idea to know how long you'll be renting the cycles for, so that we can provide you with the equipment you'll need for long-term use (battery, chain, etc.). However, if you have no idea how long you'll be renting, that's no problem at all!
How long is the warranty on my bike?
The battery and frame are guaranteed for 5 years. All other parts are guaranteed for 3 years.
Why do I need to pay a deposit?
The deposit represents a commitment on your part, and prevents any damage. The deposit can only be paid by credit card.
Do I have to insure my bike after purchase?
When you buy a Starway electric bike , you'll be insured free of charge for 6 months. After this period, you'll need to insure it with your own insurer, as with our other brands.
Is a helmet compulsory?
Helmets are compulsory for children under 12, whether drivers or passengers, and are recommended for teenagers and adults.
